Before you book

How is this different from a training course?
Coaching is built around your specific situation — not a generic curriculum. Every session starts with where you are right now, not a pre-set slide deck. You set the agenda; Gideon helps you move through it.
Do I need to complete Tier 1 before Tier 2?
No. If you already know you want the full programme, you can book the free 30-minute clarity call and move straight to Tier 2. The Discovery Session is an option, not a requirement.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes. Many clients have their coaching funded through their company's L&D or training budget. Gideon can provide a formal invoice and programme outline for submission to HR or finance.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are conducted via Zoom or in-person in Singapore, depending on your preference and location. Evenings and weekends are available to fit around work commitments.
